Bookkeeping · Year-End · Fractional CFO
Stop doing your books at midnight.
AccruBooks keeps the bookkeeping, filings, and financial paperwork of small businesses across Canada and the U.S. clean and current — so you run the business, not the paperwork.
Why AccruBooks
A firm the size of your business
You talk to the person doing the work
No call centre, no rotating juniors, no "your account manager has changed." Every client works directly with Adil, the founder.
Built for the long term
We're not a tax-season pop-up. The goal is books that stay clean year after year — and a partner who already knows your business when the big decisions come.
Canadian, through and through
CRA correspondence, HST, T-slips, year-end deadlines — the details of running a business in Canada are the day job here, not a specialty add-on.
Services
Three services. One growing business.
Most clients start with monthly bookkeeping and add more as the business grows. Each step builds on the last.

The person behind the books
Meet Adil
AccruBooks is run by Adil — founder, and the person who will actually reconcile your accounts, prepare your filings, and answer the phone when something needs a straight answer.
Small businesses don't need a big firm. They need someone who knows their numbers, keeps them clean, and sticks around.
More about the firmCommon questions
Asked before every first call
I'm months — or years — behind on my books. Can you help?
Yes. Catch-up and cleanup work is one of the most common ways new clients start with us. We bring the backlog current first, then keep it that way month to month, so tax season stops being an emergency.
Do I still need a bookkeeper if I already have an accountant at tax time?
They do different jobs. A year-end accountant works with whatever records exist; a bookkeeper makes sure those records are clean, complete, and current all year. Good books make your year-end filing faster, cheaper, and far less stressful — and mean your numbers are useful in July, not just April.
How does pricing work?
Every business is different, so we start with a short call and a look at your books. You get a clear quote before any work begins — no meters running, no surprise invoices.
Do we have to be nearby to work with you?
No. Bookkeeping is cloud-based, so we work with businesses across Canada — and U.S. businesses too. Documents move through a secure portal — not email attachments — and calls happen wherever suits you. Year-end tax and CFO services are available to Canadian businesses.
Get your evenings back.
A 15-minute call is enough to tell you exactly where your books stand — and what it would take to never worry about them again.
