My books are a mess / years behind. Where do we start?
With a cleanup. We bring the backlog current first — categorized, reconciled, and reviewed — then switch to a monthly rhythm so it never piles up again. Catch-up projects are quoted separately from the monthly service, and you get the quote before anything starts.
What do you need from me each month?
Very little. Bank feeds pull most transactions automatically; receipts and documents go into a secure portal instead of your glovebox. If something needs your eyes, you get one short list — not a drip of emails.
Can you work with my existing accountant?
Yes, happily. Clean monthly books make your year-end accountant faster and cheaper — or we can handle year-end too, so everything lives under one roof.
