A flat number, before we start

How it works

From call to quote in days

  1. A 15-minute call. What you do, how you bill, what's hurting.
  2. A look at the books. Read-only access or a quick screen-share — enough to size the work honestly.
  3. Your quote, in writing. A flat monthly number and exactly what it covers. Take your time with it.

About the money

Why a quote instead of a menu of prices?

Because a five-transaction consultancy and a five-hundred-transaction restaurant are different jobs, and pretending otherwise means someone overpays. The quote takes one short call, is flat per month, and is yours in writing before any work starts.

Will the price change once we start?

Not without a conversation. The monthly rate is flat; it changes only when your business meaningfully changes — and you'll hear it from us first, never from an invoice.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No long-term lock-in. The relationship continues because it's working, not because a contract says it must.
