About the firm

Small firm. On purpose.

AccruBooks exists because small businesses keep getting a bad deal: too small for the big firms to care about, too busy to do the books themselves, too important to run on guesswork.

The firm is run by Adil, its founder — which means the person you meet on the first call is the person reconciling your accounts in month twelve. No handoffs, no account managers, no explaining your business twice.

Based in Southwestern Ontario and working with businesses across Canada — plus bookkeeping clients in the U.S. — AccruBooks is built deliberately around a small number of long-term clients: deep familiarity with each business instead of volume.

How we work

Three quiet promises

Accuracy over speed

Books you can hand to a bank, the CRA, or a buyer without flinching. Done right beats done fast — though it's usually both.

Plain English

You should never leave a conversation about your own money more confused than you arrived. Jargon stays at the door.

Long-term, or not at all

The value of a bookkeeper compounds with familiarity. We build for year five, not just this April.

Talk to Adil.

No pitch deck, no pressure — just a straight conversation about your books.
